Your new role
Working with local finance teams based throughout the UK Continental Europe, Asia and Australia, the Assistant Accountant will help to deliver the accounting for their International subsidiaries. You'll help manage both internal and external financial responsibilities, helping deliver the best outcome for the business, both on a local and global level. You'll also have an important role as mentor to the Assistant Accountants, so you'll be a role model, helping to develop your leadership skills for future career progression.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Part Qualified Accountant with good technical experience, but it's your personality that will make you successful. Developing, maintaining and governing financial controls, whether your background is in industry or accountancy practice, it's your ability to challenge people confidently and positively, enforcing process through a customer lens to deliver the best possible experience, that will give you the edge. you may have experience of the following: Management Accountant, Assistant Accountant, Accountant, Finance Analyst, Finance Officer, Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, Accounts Manager, Reporting, Financial Reporting, Graduate, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, Part Qualified, Part Qualified Accountant, Native Dutch etc. Other languages such as German, French and Japanese will also be considered.
