Management Accountant (Trainee)

Your new role
You will provide financial and accurate management information on time. You will produce reports monthly on marketing spend by site. You will support cash forecasting and prepare sales price analysis on a weekly basis. You will provide the Regional Management Team with a forwards forecast. You will assist with the weekly sales and build reporting. You will support central functions with ad-hoc reporting requests.
You will complete balance sheet reconciliations, support annual budgeting processes and update cash flows.
You will work with site management to make sure all WIP actions are in place.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to gain an understanding of the CTC process and be able to review, reconcile and analyse variations from site start budgets. You will accurately review the RSL and grant income and ensure timely payments. You must be able to support the monthly and quarterly site reviews by providing site level information against Capex, Budget and Forecast for all schemes. You will successfully collate ad-hoc reporting information when and as requested. You will successfully support the preparation of regional reviews by providing timely reporting and variance analysis.
