Your new company
A growing energy company based near Regent Street are looking to expand their team and bring on board a new Accounts Assistant on a temp to perm basis. They are looking for someone who is immediately available or on short notice as the need is quite urgent so please only apply if you can start immediately or if you're on a short notice period.

Your new role

• You will be responsible for all of the transactional duties such as:
• Processing invoices onto the system
• Ensuring that all invoices are raised and posted accurately and in a timely manner.
• Processing payment runs to suppliers based on invoices approved for payment. ]
• Handling petty cash
• Credit card reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Ensuring the trial balance is up to date at month end.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally they would like someone who has had experience at least 1 years experience working in a transactional based role. They would like someone who is keen to progress and take on new challenges as well as continue their studies in either ACCA or CIMA. You need to be able to work independent, use your initiative and fit in well to a fast paced and dynamic team.
