Commercial Finance Manager

• Manage a small team across Financial Accounting, budgeting, forecasting, balance sheet control and analysis.
• Take ownership and drive robust cost control, including assessment of current procedures, challenging status quo and ensuring an ethos of strong cost control business wide.
• Deliver periodic reporting and insightful analysis to stakeholders across the whole breadth of the business.
• Continuous improvement of both business and financial processes.

The ideal candidate will be ACA,CIMA,ACCA qualified with very strong communication and influencing skills.  You will be a strong and proven team leader with a history of development/motivation of staff.
