Leading Investment Management / Wealth Management firm is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to act as Deputy to the Head of Compliance in overseeing the compliance team of 8. You will be responsible for
• Working with the business in an advisory capacity
• Keeping up to date with regulatory changes
• Providing input on current projects
• Recommending improvements and updating systems and processes
• Assist in the maintenance and evaluation of compliance procedures
• Ensuring the monitoring programme is robust and efficient
• Sign off on marketing material and financial promotions
• Producing board reports
• Attending the Risk committee meetings The ideal candidate will have 5 years plus Compliance experience ideally within Investment Management, Wealth Management or Stockbroking.
