General Practice Manager A leading and highly successful firm of chartered accountants is searching for a qualified ACA / ACCA General Practice Accounts Manager / Senior Manager to join their team, in a role offering excellent progression and development potential to Senior Manger. Description Joining as a Accounts Manager and reporting directly to the partners, you will be responsible for managing delivery of accounts, audit, tax and wide ranging accountancy services to the firm's clients in a portfolio moulded to some degree around the strengths and fit of the right person. You will be responsible for managing teams and individuals to deliver this work and providing coaching and support to junior staff will be a key aspect of the role. You will be responsible for reviewing and finalising work and preparing reports, delivering on wide ranging added value projects from both an accounts and tax perspective. You will have a high commitment to quality and take responsibility for ensuring that quality of service is maintained.
