Financial Controller - Specialist Construction Group CCO are recruiting on behalf of a leading construction Group operating primarily within RC Frame, Groundworks and Civil Engineering sectors. this company has steadily increased its turnover year on year which is now in excess of £125m. They are in need of an intermediate level Financial Controller to oversee all operations for a large signage company they have just purchased. This company service both the UK and Ireland, based in Slough this has increase their divisions. You will be reporting into the Managing Director and Senior Directors on a daily basis and the duties of the role will include but not limited to:
• Manage monthly P&L balance sheet and cash flow forecast
• Producing and managing the accounts
• Monitoring performance of departments
• Preparing Financial Statements
• Overseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issues
• Contributing to decisions regarding financial strategy
• Managing Aged Debtors
• Arranging payment runs
• Bank reconciliation of accounts
• Raise Invoices and PO's as requested
• Liaising with Clients and Suppliers Qualified candidates are preferred however strong Part-Qualified or QBE candidates will be considered. The role could suit someone at an intermediate level or somebody looking to make a step up in their career
