A growing company in Neath are looking for a financial controller to join their team and contribute to the companies financial performance. They are looking for an experienced financial controller to perform the following duties: Ensure invoices and credits are sent to all credit customers Check Sales invoices are processed with correct prices and quantities etc. Check supplier invoices for correct prices and chase up any credits Check customer accounts and up-date all customer information Ensure all payments coming into the company are correctly posted to the system Ensure payments are received within the agreed payment terms Ensure all overdue debts are cleared on a timely basis by month end Maintain customer relationships Increase credit limits when requested by sales team by checking with credit agencies Create new customer accounts as and when required in line with company policy Obtain PODs from branches and external carriers Assist external accountants on a weekly basis The ideal candidate will be used to working in a fast paced environment and want to get the most out of their work.
