CMA Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a hands-on senior Financial Controller for our client near Basingstoke, Hampshire. This is a high profile role within the organisation, reporting into the Finance Director and responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of management accounting and reporting activities. Key activities will include: Accurate processing of RTR accounting activities in accordance with Company policy and procedures; Working in a shared services environment, you will ensure your team perform effectively and efficiently; Provision of appropriate reporting for review and to support key stakeholders; Develop and improve processes and document accordingly; Provision and development of insightful reporting to senior leadership team Candidate Attributes: Senior Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA); You will have extensive financial reporting and control experience; multi-region, multi-currency, global; You will need to have detailed knowledge of RTR processes and have set up or implemented a Shared Services function; Large Team Management experience Experience in identifying and implementing significant process improvements; Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and build strong business relationships at a senior level Excellent written and verbal communication skills Transformation experience would be an advantage The company offers a progressive and supportive working environment, with an excellent benefits package.
