Our client is a well-established business in Huntingdon. Due to impending maternity leave, they are now looking for someone to join them for a 9 month maternity contract on part-time basis, circa 3 days a week. Working in a friendly and busy team, your role will specifically look after the Polish accounts of the business and your duties will include; Processing weekly and monthly payments Raising monthly invoices Reconciling creditor statements Inputting and amending data on in-house accounting system Preparing monthly reports Matching, entering and coding invoices Dealing with internal and external queries Work closely with internal and external personnel Ad hoc duties Whilst some experience in accounts would be a bonus, the essential skill for this role is fluent written and spoken Polish. A keen eye for detail and being able to work in a fast-paced environment are also key attributes for this position. If you have a theoretical understanding of accounts but speak Polish, then you will also be considered. The hours of the role can be set to fit the individual with mutual agreement. Interviews will be taking place imminently and an immediate start is required.
