Accounts Assistant Role Based in Knutsford Up to £27000 Plus Study Support

A market leading manufacturing company based in Knutsford are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their fast paced and dynamic team. Reporting directly into one of the directors this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their career.

Your new role
The Accounts Assistant role will involve working closely with the Commercial Director to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the accounts function at the Knutsford site, full control over an £11 million sales ledger and ensuring all invoices are sent out in a timely and accurate manner, ownership of the monthly payroll for circa 30 staff, managing the Purchase Ledger and you will also get involved in projects with the Commercial Director.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience working within sales ledger and credit control is essential, you will ideally be studying towards a relevant finance qualification AAT/CIMA/ACCA, you will need to possess drive and enthusiasm to succeed in this position and have excellent Excel skills and a strong verbal and written communicator.
