The role is seeking a Senior Finance Officer/Junior Management Accountant to come in on a 6 month contract to Farringdon, London to assist the finance team with the day to day running's of the organisation.

The role will involve; preparing the monthly management accounts, balance sheet & control account reconciliations as well as assisting the Financial Controller with preparing budgets and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Month-end journals and reconciliations (balance-sheet & control accounts)

- Draft management accounts for controller review

- Variance analysis

- Cost centre reports

- Income processing

- Control account reconciliation (payroll, PAYE, pension)

- Budgeting & Forecasting

- Prepare audit schedule

Profile

The successful candidate will have previous experience of the key responsibilities listed above and within a finance team. The applicant will also be immediately available and able to commute to Farringdon for work as well as be a good team player and willing to 'muck in'.
