Project Accountant

An established SME, who are currently looking at the viability of purchasing another company and growing the business thorough acquisition.

It will be project role for approximately 4-6 weeks covering all areas of a full Due Diligence project, including analysis, reporting, comprehensive reviews, etc. Because performing due diligence involves assessing acquisition risk, this company are looking for a qualified professional with sufficient previous experience and acumen to carefully identify, evaluate and assess potential problems that may arise with the acquired company now and in the future.
