Our client is a leading blue chip advisory who focus on providing UK clients with corporate finance advice. They are now looking to recruit an Analyst into their team, who will work on the origination and execution of deals for their clients. This could include IPOs, M&A, corporate finance, ECM work. The role will origination work such as pitching and presentations, as well as execution work which include financial modelling, valuations, preparing requests and answers for further information, financial modelling, negotiation, analysis and strategic advisory work. You will work as part of a small deal team, so you can expect to have full involvement in all aspects of transactions.
