The Business Join NatWest Markets in London as a Business Analyst This role will see you providing solutions and support to continually improve the bank's competitive edge, profitability and client focus Sitting within NatWest Markets Client Technology, you'll be working on our new CRM platform, Atlas, and you'll have the chance to develop a unique set of skills This role is available at associate level What you'll do As Business Analyst, you'll be contributing to our new Atlas application which brings enterprise-grade client lifecycle management functionality to the business, and is helping us to become truly customer-led. In order to continually enhance the platform, you'll: Liaise with users and business managers to gather requirements for new functionality and enhancements Document requirements Raise Jiras capturing requirements, and work with developers to clarify requirements Engage in scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily scrums, sprint reviews and retrospectives Contribute to discussions on design, architecture and strategy for the Atlas and Desk Strategy applications The skills you'll need We're looking for an experienced business analyst who can own multiple pieces of work, and prioritise effectively. You'll have experience with business analysis, investment banking, and agile methodologies. You'll also demonstrate: Strong communication skills The ability to gather information and work with the business to clarify requirements A flexible approach An awareness of agile processes and supporting tools, such as Jira and Confluence Familiarity with Visio and PowerPoint Experience with sales, CRM and Salesforce would also be beneficial.
