Risk and Compliance Manager

Salary:
£50,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience

We know we can't achieve the results we do without the right people. We are currently looking to recruit a Risk and Compliance Manager to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will: Have a strong knowledge of the FCA handbook, principles for business, and the Financial Services & Markets Act 2000 Strong knowledge and understanding of business risk assessment and management Have secured the level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning Experience of the FCA's supervision approach, design and delivery of compatible risk management systems Have a proven track record of delivering operational change and improving standards The role will involve: Managing the Regulatory Policy Team Working with the business to define compliance and risk management policies and procedures Ensuring the business operates within a compliance environment Developing appropriate risk management systems and controls Working closely with the Head of Risk and Compliance, Legal and Regulatory Director and Senior Management teams Co-ordinating the Chase De Vere risk management approach Developing and implementing the annual compliance monitoring plan strategy In return we will offer a fantastic office environment, a great team of people to work alongside and a reputation that we believe speaks for itself.
