About the role: Reporting to the Transactions Supervisor you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Accounts Payable function. The Accounts Payable function is responsible for payment of suppliers globally including the UK, US & China. This requires dealing with multi-currency payments and managing payment schedules across the world. Responsibilities include: Matching of invoices to authorised purchase orders and goods receipts Preparing and uploading payments for authorisation on the online banking system Summarise payments for authorisation Complete supplier reconciliations for review with finance management team Complete forecasting of payments for cash flow Assist with process improvements to improve efficiency of the accounts payable function in a rapidly expanding business environment Maintain records of transactions for audit purposes The Ideal Candidate will have: Track record of improving processes and contributing to the development of the finance function. Working in a small team with strong organisational skills. Team player with a hands-on attitude. Basic Microsoft Excel skills Experience with Sage accounting software desirable but not essential Experience in an international business environment, desirable but not essential About the business: The business believe in going beyond the status quo to create the most intelligent impact protection.
