Assistant Management Accountant: FinTech Start-up | Study Suppport We're proud to be working with one of London's most well renowned FinTech Start-ups to help them find a talented Assistant Management Accountant. The business already has a turnover of £5 million and is (realistically) aiming to double each year for the next 4 years. In this role you will be joining a finance team of 6 people and working very closely with a Finance Manager that will be proving you with thorough 6-month training in Management Accounts and FP&A. This is a defiantly non-corporate business whose team would run a mile from a suit and tie. Their offices are incredible and you'll get the opportunity to work in a very vibrant and lively part of London. Staff are treated extremely well with one international trip per year, free social events each month and are really given an opportunity to have a say in ways they can improve the business. The role Our client is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Management Accountant with excellent communication skills to join their finance department. This role will require a commercially astute individual that really wants to develop their skills in management accounts and financial analysis. This business isn't looking for someone that can already do everything they need them to but someone that is bright, ambitious and has a great work ethic that they can mentor and develop into a strategic, fully-qualified accountant. They will provide full study support including books, exams and days off for studying to the successful candidate. Duties: Management accounts Supporting board packs P&L reviews Driving the businesses scalability projects Budget plannning Buisness Partnering with non-financial departments Prepayments & accruals Bank Reconciliations Leading the month-end process What you need: Studying towards ACCA / CIMA Experience of working in a start-up or fast-growth business Some exposure to managment accounts Previously assisted with month-end process Strong commercial accumen Good communication skills What we'd like to see FinTech experience Tech Start-up experience Salary : £30,000 - £35,000 Full Study Support Location : Central London.
