Our client is a rapidly growing muti-national hospitality business. They are looking for a commercially focused Senior Finance Analyst to join their finance team. Role

Responsibilities:
Focus on financial analysis and insight on the capital programme, returns on investment and post investment pricing strategy. The job will also support a number of projects including developing current reporting to reflect the business needs. Deep dive analysis into a number of areas of the capital programme including project overspends and commercial insight into post investment customer behaviour compared to modelled expectation Supporting the 3 Year Capex plan Owner of 3 Year Capex plan, regularly updating to reflect business decisions Financial Analysis of project overspends Regular reporting on Maintenance capital spend Development of current investment reporting Producing a periodic investment pack, analysing returns on investment and capital spend Ownership of post investment pricing decisions and margin model Providing commercial insight into post investment customer behaviour compared to modelled expectation; Analysing Capital Efficiency project and producing an in year savings forecast; Producing FY20 Budgets by site for all Invested sites; Supporting the integration of recent acquisitions Key Skills: Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail Capable of interpreting and presenting complex financial information to a range of audiences Strong Excel skills Radley Green acts as an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
