We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Accounts Payable department in Milton Keynes, working as either an Accounts Payable or Receivable Associate within the Shared Services team.

Responsibilities:
The role offers a great opportunity to be involved in driving improvements and ensuring delivery of financial best practise across the business. As part of this role you'll you be involved with the managing of customer receipts for all the EMEA offices, maintaining control over general ledger accounts , managing bank accounts, creation of new suppliers and the management of corporate cards. Organization skills and excellent accuracy are at the heart of this role as you'll be required to ensure all data and information is valid and correct. In addition communication skills are a must as you'll be working closely with the FSSC team and other teams to provide support and guidance on finance processes. You'll also be proactively liaising with all our different departments ensuring that processes are operating effectively, as well as the businesses across the different UK entities and European offices. Qualifications: To be successful in this role you'll have a proven history in a corporate administration role, ideally with in a Finance/Accounts environment such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable positions. You'll have good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines. You'll also need to demonstrate your ability to follow accounting processes. In addition you'll be: - Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team - Resourceful and solution orientated - Proactive and flexible What we offer: We offer a highly competitive starting salary.
