Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract to assist with a new project. Position: Accounts Payable Manager
Salary:
£30,000 to £35,000 per annum pro rata The job will involve... - Reviewing invoices & checking requests - Uploading invoices to the inhouse system - Prepping electronic transfers - Cash reconciliation's - Forecasting for the Accounts Payable function - Eliminating variances each month including invoice discrepancies - Month end closing - Supporting documentation for audits. The Person will... - Have previous experience of managing an Accounts Payable function - Have the ability to perform a high volume of tasks including data entry and invoicing - Possess a high degree of precision - Be available to start this role with immediately effect - Provide a high standard of customer service along with confidentiality - Possess strong 'can do' attitude - Be results driven - Have a high degree of problem solving skills - Possess strong communication skills coupled with empathy.
