Reed Finance are currently supporting a local and vibrant Swindon employer in their search for a Finance Business Partner. Ideally you will be a passed finalist or newly qualified with CIMA, who will report into the Finance Manager and be responsible for the reporting of Net Income along with forecasting future performance through:
• Key client reporting
• Reporting by Business Unit including variances to plan
• KPIs
• Margin sensitivity analysis
• Performance dashboards for circulation to the Board
• Production of the P&L forecast for a rolling twelve month period.
• Working with the business unit managers to ensure forecasts are realistic and challenging. As well as your CIMA qualification or as near equivalent, you will be a clear and concise communicator and someone who builds rapport quickly with stakeholders and peers alike. You will be the kind of person who takes to new systems with ease and has a self-motivated and driven attitude to your job. High attention to detail and strong financial awareness with experience of working to strict deadlines, comes prerequisite with the role as does a high level of proficiency in Excel.
