There is now an incredible opportunity available to become part of the team within our globally recognisable client on a permanent basis. We are looking for a talented Purchase Ledger professional to join the Finance Team working out of the Biggin Hill office on a permanent basis. This is a broad role, with the main duties including, but not limited to;
• Reviewing, processing and coding all purchase invoices
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Checking purchase invoices have been correctly recharged
• Reviewing all invoices for VAT details
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all suppliers
• Ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently
• Process all expense forms
• Downloading credit card statements and distributing to employees on a monthly basis
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Weekly bank reconciliation
• Reconciling the petty cash
• Ensuring filling of supplier invoices and statements are kept up to date The ideal candidate for this role will;
• Possess a strong academic background and hold, or be working towards a professional qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) alternatively be qualified by experience
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a Purchase Ledger position
• Strong Excel skills
