Reed Payroll are pleased to be working with an organisation in Bishop's Stortford who are looking to hire a Payroll Coordinator . This is a full time position expected to start on a temporary basis, but later converting to a permanent contract . There is a very competitive salary between £25000 and £40000 per annum on offer, depending on experience. Duties: - Administration of payroll for employees (including some travel to different locations to complete this) - First point of contact for all Payroll related queries - Generating weekly and monthly reports - Maintain employee files and records - SMP/SAP/SPP administration - Pension administration - Reconcile payroll data changes - Month end payroll journal - Document and improve the payroll process Skills & Experience Required: - Previous payroll experience including: manual calculations, payroll processing, statutory calculations / deductions (SSP, SMP, Pensions etc). - Experience at supervisory level highly desirable - Analytical skills - Excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail - Willingness to improve processes and support the wider team - Relevant qualification highly desirable - Willingness / ability to travel to other sites - Strong Microsoft Excel skills If you are interested in this role, please apply now to be considered Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
