Compliance Officer - Bridging Lender

Salary:
£40,000 - £50,000 (Salary is Negotiable) - Excellent Benefits Didsbury A well established Lender are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join their team during an exciting period of change and growth. Your day to day responsibility will mainly cover the Lending side of the business (mainly high level bridging loans) and therefore previous banking and PRA experience is essential for this role. The responsibilities cover generalist compliance (advice, reporting, monitoring etc) but will also be quite highly project focused, starting with SMCR. Required Experience for the Compliance Officer Role:
• Previous experience of Banking / Bridging Compliance (monitoring and/or advisory).
• Excellent knowledge of PRA and FCA regulations
• Excellent presentation skills, both verbally and in writing (reports and presentations)-
• Experience of CFD's/FX/Spreadbetting
• Project management/regulatory change experience - ideally SMCR
• Professional qualification/s and/or degree educated
• Loans / Finance
• Mortgages
• Regulated mortgages
• Secured loans
• Treating customers fairly
• Vulnerable Customers
• Client Assets (CASS)
