The position: You will ensure that all quality assurance controls and checks are continuously effective so as to ensure that the organisation is compliant with all industry regulations and legislation. You will review all policies and procedures, respond to queries from the FCA, design and provide company wide training, contribute to projects supporting regulatory changes and GDPR and work with risk and compliance to ensure robust systems are in place. Assist in carrying out companywide audits to highlight high risk areas and prepare and issue management reports. The Person: You will have experience working in compliance within a highly regulated, busy and fast paced environment. You will be customer and people focused with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders. You must be able to work under pressure and have very good attention to detail within an audit driven controlled arena. You must have experience of working within FCA rules and if you have experience within a legal background this would be highly advantageous. You will have excellent communications skills, the ability to design and deliver training company wide and the experience of carrying out due diligence on new and existing clients. The salary is circa £ 25,000 per annum depending entirely upon skills and experience and there's an excellent accompanying benefits package.
