Salary:
£22,000 to £28,000 per annum depending on experience About the role: The Finance Assistant will primarily be responsible for the core Finance processes and preparing internal reports across the multiple entities of the fast expanding LMAX Group.

Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices and payments on the Accounts Payable system (IPOS), and manage supplier relationships - Prepare the daily profit and loss reports for circulation to senior management team - Create Fixed Asset in the finance system, and maintain the fixed asset register - Monthly accruals and prepayments for management accounts - Ensure the allocated balance sheet accounts are fully reconciled at month end - Track actual operating expenses vs budget / reforecast - Maintain the trade receivables and payables ledger for all the entities - Process staff expenses and corporate credit card claims using Concur Expense Management system - Process ad hoc month end bank journals into the finance system (SUN / Vision) - Provide support in setting up operational expense budgets for certain Group entities - Support the team during the annual financial audit - Assisting other members of the Finance team in ensuring sound control over the financial data across the group About you: - Intermediate to Advanced computer skills - Fully proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivots) - Experience of working with SunSystems and IPOS - Good communication skills (both written and verbal) - Prior experience of working at a FX Brokerage or Exchange desirable - An accounting qualification or studying towards it desirable You may have experience of the following: Finance Assistant, Finance Administrator, Finance Officer, Accounts Assistant, Accounts Administrator, Accounts Payable Assistant, Part Qualified Accountant, Assistant Accountant, etc.
