Payroll and HR Manager
Payroll Manager 12 - 18 month FTC Our client is £650m group that is experiencing extraordinary growth, both organically and acquisitively. Responsibilities:
Direct management of a small team. Processing high volume of weekly and monthly payroll. Business partnering. Building relationships with clients. Developing and improving systems. Process improvement. Benefits & Reward reviews Mentoring and coaching team members. Working closely with senior members to achieve strategic objectives. Dealing with escalated queries. Ideals: 3 years minimum experience leading a team of 2 or more. Experience business partnering. Experience building external relationships. Previous experience developing systems.
