Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of unallocated cash
• Production & dispatch of monthly statements
• Daily management, maintenance and monitoring of queries
• Management & maintenance of copy invoices
• Approval of daily claims
• Debtors Reconciliation
• Logging of daily cheques
• Recording of Insolvent Accounts
• Production of weekly & monthly reporting
• Month end assistance of cash posting preparation
• To escalate any serious issues to the Credit Manager
• Ensure that all brokers/ clients are your first priority and excellent customer service is delivered at all times
• To pick up any adhoc activity/ projects to support the department
• Maintaining close working relationships with other internal departments, in particular Finance.
• Other general administrative duties associated within the Credit Management team
• To develop effective regular communication links with stakeholders
