They're looking for an Accounts Assistant who can work accurately and be responsible for the high volume of payments to their suppliers. Some duties include: Inputting of payment data for reconciliation Investigate any payment discrepancies Analyse data from daily/weekly/monthly reports Deal with queries from suppliers Offering ways to improve current procedures It is essential you have experience in accounting or an accountancy degree, a high attention to detail and be confident when speaking with colleagues and suppliers. You will also have good IT skills and be able to pick up new systems. Candidates with good reconciliation skills within a financial services business would be at an advantage.
