SEND Teaching Assistant Job Description: SEND Teaching Assistant - 3 days per week PK Education have been asked to find a SEND Teaching Assistant for a school in the LE4 area of Leicester. The school want someone who is able to commit to 3 days per week from March 2019 through to at least May 2019. This school have also got a number of permanent positions coming up and this would be an ideal way for someone to get their foot in the door and prove they would be a valued member of the team. The ideal teaching assistant will have experience in the Key Stage 1 and EYFS settings with the drive and motivation to push themselves and the education of the children in their care. Ideal candidates will: Have the confidence to coordinate small groups of pupils with set tasks Be creative and use own initiative.
