Robert Half Accounting and Finance are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Commercial Manager to join a large facilities management company based in Canary Wharf for 6 months initially with potential for extension. The role will be paying £30,000 per annum (Pro rata). Key duties: Full ownership of two P&L's, reporting results to Commercial Manager before the month end reviews. Completion of month end processes, assisting the Commercial Manager across the portfolio. Manage the inter-company applications on a monthly basis, ensuring all costs are in line with contractual agreements. Assist the Commercial Manager with the completion of both internal and external monthly reports, providing analysis and commentary for any substantial variances. Ensure valid, consistent, accurate & complete record keeping & ensure that all standard reporting information needed to effectively manage account is readily available. Manage open accruals and prepayments to ensure risk can be managed without impact to overall results. Assisting with the forecast and budgeting processes for the portfolio. Assisting with the implementation and tracking of Springboard to help meet stretch budget expectations. Pricing contract changes. Completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Provide support to the Operations teams, ensuring all contractual requirements are being met and helping to resolve any issues. This role is to start ASAP.
