You will need to inspire passion in others, navigate ambiguity and ensure successful client relationships. A tenacious approach to delivering results is a must Experience Qualified ACA/ACCA Accountant with at least 3 years' experience of managing your own mixed client portfolio An excellent understanding of FRS 102 is essential, and IFRS an advantage Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards Strong analysis skills Experience of adding value to clients About the role Reporting directly to a Senior Partner, this role will be 60% audit 40% accounts. Responsible for a large portfolio of diverse clients, from large corporations to small family companies Keeping up to date on developments in each sector Establish or tailor audits and other work programs and testing procedures to ensure they are appropriate Understand risks and look at a the polices and approach for managing any risk You will be involved with training, developing and motivating employees Support the Partners and Directors with a number of varied tasks Planning and completing a diverse range of assignments in an agreed timescale Assessing findings and proposing improvement action plans About the company This is a client Ashley Kate have worked with before; they are well-established and have an outstanding reputation in the market.
