Billing and credit control clerk required for a role on the Birmingham Business park. Duties will involve liason with operational colleagues to ensure contracts are ready to be billed and submitting billing requirements to our customers. You will then be chasing outstanding invoices to the company and investigating and resolving queries relating to non payment of invoices. You will be working to strict monthly and annually collections targets set by the CFO.This plays a vital role in the cash-flow of the organisation ensuring credit given to customers is monitored and controlled effectively. You will have good Excel skills (vlook ups, pivot tables, formulas), a polite but tenacious telephone manner and good systems knowledge. You will need to have the ability to liaise with both private and corporate accounts in order to collect funds and resolve queries. Investigating and resolving queries relating to non payment of invoices. Working hours are 8.30am - 5pm and car parking is available on site. Benefits include 25 days holiday.
