About the Company: We are actively recruiting for our client based on the outskirts of Grantham. Job overview: To provide Accounts Assistant services for a well-known company on a permanent basis. Daily tasks will include: Posting invoices Posting Cash Credit Control Purchase orders Daily updates of cash flow and cash books Raising cheques Supplier payments Answering the phones Greeting visitors Any ad-hoc duties as required About you: You must have experience in a similar role with a good knowledge of Microsoft office packages, especially Excel as you will need to be able to use filters and formulas as well as setting up new worksheets. Experience in using Exchequer would be an advantage. You will have a friendly and confident telephone manner with strong organisational skills. You will be able to work on your own initiative as well as within a team. Due to the location of this company you will need access to a vehicle as it is not accessible via public transport.
