Compliance Manager Based in Maidstone £40,000 to £50,000 Our client who are a well known Insurance Broker are looking to recruit an experienced Compliance Manager to join the expanding business. The successful Compliance Manager will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of FCA standards including communications with the regulator and relaying information throughout the company. Job role: Advising the company of compliance advice on a broad range of regulatory matters and impact of any changes Identification and assessment of the compliance risk to the business Support and maintain the risks for the business Being the first point of contact for sanction queries and producing sanction reports Any queries relating to GDPR Assist with licensing and regulatory issues - internal and third party communication Manage and maintain the client TOBA process and register Assist in RMAR reports to FCA Provide support and guidance to the business in understanding its responsibilities and obligations under policies Producing TCF reports Skills needed: Experience in compliance advisory, compliance testing or other risk control functions within the insurance broking market - 3 to 5 years minimum experience Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail skills Experience managing a team If this is a role that you would like to discuss in more detail please contact Charlene at Hills Consultants
