Stafffinders are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for our client based in the East Renfrewshire area. You must be available for an immediate start This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, bright individual with excellent communication skills. This is a key role within our accounts department. Hours will be 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm. Key

Responsibilities:
Maintain all aspects of the purchase ledgers for a number of Group companies High Volume invoice processing Check and reconcile supplier statements Process month-end payment run to Bacs extract Deal with purchase inquiries Process staff expenses Filing, photocopying and scanning General administrative functions as required The Candidate: Ideally candidates will have a good understanding of Microsoft Office (in particular Word and Excel. The successful applicant will be confident, outgoing and organised to cope in a busy office environment. The ability to deal with peak day to day requirements and prioritising workload is essential.
