An independent firm (Guildford surrounds) are looking to recruit a Qualified Accountant to look after a varied portfolio of clients. The role will include: Statutory accounts preparation Monthly and quarterly accounts for certain clients Quarterly VAT returns Small amount of Audit work (training provided) The client is privately owned and offer flexible working hours if required so will consider individuals wishing to work a reduced hour week. The firm use a range of accounting software including Xero, Sage and Iris and wish to recruit a candidate who is conversant with up to date packages; ideally with some charities accounting experience and FRS102 (amongst other relevant accounting legislation.
