Scott-Moncrieff is currently seeking an Audit Manager with experience of working with Charities to join our experienced Public Sector Audit team, in either or Edinburgh or Glasgow office. This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to manage a full client portfolio. As an Audit Manager, the successful candidate's main responsibilities would include: being accountable for the delivery of an audit, and use wider knowledge and skills to add value of the audit; managing and developing junior employees within the team to ensure the delivery of quality service; ensuring work in progress against agreed budgets, maximise recoveries against agreed targets, prepare fees as appropriate be a key contact for clients and attend client meetings (inc. audit committee meetings) and develop positive relations; actively seeking new business development opportunities. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be an effective team player and be commercially focused.
