This large public sector organisation is looking for an internal auditor to join the team based out of the Edinburgh City Centre office. You will be responsible for conducting internal audits across a variety of different departments. Specific duties include: - Delivery of multiple audits of varied time and value. - Contribute to the development of the audit team - Develop standards and policies in conjunction with internal process and external compliance including Public Sector Internal Auditing Standards (PSIAS) - Preparation of reports detailing audit findings, recommendations and follow ups. What we are Looking for You will have experience of internal audits in a Public, Private or Practice setting. You can be part or fully Qualified (CCAB, CIPFA or IIA) and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and commercial acumen. You will be able to show excellent stakeholder management experience and will ideally have a background which touching all departments within an organisation.
