The practice has an excellent reputation among its clients - which range in size from start-ups to multimillion-pound businesses - and are strengthening the tax advisory function to create further value to this client base. The incumbent Head of Tax would have a mixed tax background and the experience of having seen various personal and business tax structures and confidence to provide clear and concise advice of said structures. You'd be able to demonstrate competency in the following areas: M&A / transactions Employee incentives EIS Broad Personal and Corporate Tax - structuring, financing, due diligence IHT and trusts structures Dom/Non-Dom and Res/Non-Res affairs You'll inherit a portfolio of more than 1,000 clients and a small team to assist you in this advisory focused role while overseeing the compliance carried out by an internal finance administration team.
