Ambitious job opportunity for an Audit Manager start 2019 as you mean to go on. You're an experienced and qualified ACCA / ACA Audit Manager, working for a firm of Accountants. You're a very capable manager who enjoys leading and managing all audit, accountancy and taxation work for your audit client base. There are probably a number of reasons why you're browsing the job market. An Audit manager's time is very precious, as you know so you'll be very careful that your next move is the right one. Maybe you feel there's no where for you to go with your current firm, or you're fed up with the commute to Cambridge or London. Let's face it, journey times on the road or even by train are never great. Or perhaps you're doing a lot of travel with extensive nights away. What you need is a firm that has a client base within a commutable distance. One where the need to stay away from home is only very occasional. And one that offers true career progression. If you're preference is a smaller, independent firm, looking after a generalist portfolio of audit clients who are mainly locally based, then this could be the role for you. You'll be working closely with one of the Partners, showing off your commercial flair with clients and demonstrating your abilities with audit, accounts and basic tax. And the benefits?
