Accounts Payable/ Remittance & Expenses Analyst London (Canary Wharf) Contract - 3 months initially; rolling thereafter c£160 - £170 per day cer financial are working closely with an International Bank based in the Canary Wharf area , who want to expand their team with the support of a n Accounts Payable/ Remittance and Expenses Analyst. Responsibilities of the Remittance and Expenses Analyst Include: Process disbursement of funds to suppliers and employee's reimbursement, via the bank's automated payment system Oracle Accounts Payable (OAP) and its front-end automated approval system. Responsible for managing vendor relationships in relation to payments and invoicing. Managing Building Services Administration process and vendor management. Managing Premises budget and responsible for head count distribution of invoices. Responsible for reporting on all outstanding invoices and managing resolution. Responsible for the updating and reviewing of all accounting entries relating to the recharge of costs within EMEA offices - Provisional Account Reconciliations. Responsible for producing monthly reporting for HR. Responsible for reviewing the Nostro and passing any relative accounting entries. Internal and External customer query resolution. Prepare, check and upload ADI's for accounting movements. Prepare, check and process Profile entries for accounting movements. UAT testing as requested. Update and maintain Invoice register. The successful Accounts Payable/ Remittance and Expenses Analyst will have: Will have worked in an Accounts Payable environment with f ull knowledge of OAP or similar payment system. Excellent communication skills. Excellent time management skills. Ability to effectively multitask. Attention to detail and accuracy. Self-motivated. Good team player. Willingness to contribute suggestions / ideas to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of processes and procedures. Able to process high volumes within tight deadlines.
