They are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their supportive Finance team in what is an exciting and varied role that offers all round exposure to the full accounts process. Working closely with the company Directors and a small team of Accounts Assistants, responsibilities will include: - Production and consolidation of monthly management accounts and other financial MI to senior management - Preparing VAT returns - Financial reporting and analysis including KPI reporting and trends - Cash flow forecasting - Ensuring transactional processing is accurate on schedule providing support when needed - Preparing year end accounts - Ensuring 100% compliance - Liaising with external auditors and other agencies Suitable applicants will be CIMA/ACCA qualified or equivalent or in the latter stages of their studies and must have previous management accounting experience within a similar role. Strong MS Excel skills are essential and applicants will have current experience of supervising a small finance team.
