My client is market leading, multinational tech business with their UK head office based in South West London (within easy access from Surrey and Sussex). They are looking to recruit an FP&A Manager to work closely with and support the Commercial FD. The FP&A Manager will play a pivotal role within the team to partner with and influence senior leaders. The role has very high level of visibility across the senior leadership team as it will involve a significant amount of business partnering with various internal and external stakeholders. Key Accountabilities: Business partnering with senior leaders and the entire FP&A team to support accurate modelling and presentation of the business plans focusing on growth, productivity and efficiency Take sole ownership of the P&L models to creating a process for monthly and quarterly reforecasts Analysing trends to identify opportunities and risks to report on variances in the budgeting and forecast plan Ensure accurate and timely forecast updates in line with planning timetables Assisting the Group Management reporting packs creating timely and insightful analysis within the commentary sections for approval by the board Build key relationships with stakeholders both internal and external to become a key point of contact within the team Experience: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Experience working in a complex matrix Experience dealing with senior stakeholders Very strong interpersonal skills Strong commercial mindset Ability to build good relationships and partner with senior leadership level Advanced Financial Analysis & Modelling skills Advanced MS Excel (and other MS Office products)
