Senior Accountant/Auditor We are currently recruiting for a well established and quickly expanding accountancy practice, who are looking for a well-rounded Senior Accountant and Auditor with over 4 years practice experience. The successful individual will report directly to the firm???s partners. The ideal candidate will be someone who is looking to develop their career, is ACCA/ACA Qualified and somebody who has excellent communication skills as this will be a client facing role. Responsibilities:
Good knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS Ability to ensure that all statutory requirements are complied with, and up to date technical knowledge. Ability to ensure that client deadlines are met and to budget Experience of working on more complex aspects of audits Preparation of client accounts including audit and non-audit clients Preparation of tax computations for both income tax and corporation tax based on accounts prepared Supervising the audit process on site, supporting and developing more junior members of staff Managing juniors and ensuring their development The ideal Accountant ACA/ACCA qualified 4 years practice experience Well-rounded knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles Excellent communication skills Strong technical knowledge Ability to manage juniors For more information on this Senior Accountant/Auditor role, please either apply directly or contact Jessica Black at AJ Chambers .
