Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Robert Half are delighted to be working with a exciting, fast growth retail business to recruit a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for their lovely modern start up style office. This role will be key in driving strategy for the business, taking responsibility for data and MI and ensuring best usage of this information by the SMT in driving growth for the business. Role This role has been created to develop the financial, commercial and operational reporting across the business as the business steps up in scale and looks to double over the next five years. This role will create and manage the businesses 'five year plan' ensuring the business has visibility of all potential scenarios for growth and is able to spot trends, develop potential opportunities and help with strategic decision making. Develop the business five year financial plan helping business hit their ambitious growth goals Manage, maintain and interrogate data and MI, ensuring business has strong understanding of financial position Manage KPI development, building useable financial dashboards Provide report on strengths and weaknesses of businesses current strategic plan from a financial and risk perspective Business partner outside of finance to understand wider business to help understanding of finance and drive commercial decision making Maintain businesses financial budgets and work with Finance Manager on forecasting businesses financial position Various ad-hoc analysis when needed Present complex financial information to senior stakeholders with recomended action points Profile You will be a commercially minded qualified finance candidate with strong excel skills, a passion for data and a personality suited toward a modern, partnering financial role.
