Reporting to the Head of Compliance your new role will include the hands on development and implementation of the Risk strategy for the business. Whilst working closely with all areas of the business you will have full responsibility for managing all aspects of the risk function to ensure they are compliant , managed, documented and stay within the risk appetite. You will a need proven understanding of Risk methodologies and be used to working in a regulated business. You will need strong interpersonal skills and be persuasive in a positive and collaborative manner. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to prioritise and manage resources to maximise results in a fast paced environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to see the bigger picture are also essential for this role. Our client is ideally looking for a candidate to work full time however applications will also be considered for candidates wishing to work a four day week. The role is based in Guildford and offers an excellent package including a basic salary of up to £65,000. A generous, performance based bonus scheme of up to 33% of salary is also on offer to the right candidate .
