My client is based in Central London and is seeking an ambitious Head of Commercial Finance to join their dedicated team. The company currently have 9 live venues across the UK with 5 more openings planned this year, and a combined turnover of 30 million pounds. Responsibilities:
Manage, lead and develop the commercial finance function Responsible for the financial modelling of the annual 5 year strategic plan Business partnering with Site Managers and other departmental heads to ensure the continued growth of the company Involvement in identifying, developing and delivering specific strategic projects Lead and oversee the budgeting process Work with the CFO to achieve the relevant forecasted margins Presentation of annual accounts with strategic recommendations Set objectives and KPI's and ensure best practice is upheld Oversight of all Capex accounting and leading on Capital projects Desired Skills and Experience: Fully qualified Must have previous experience in leisure and hospitality Highly motivated and pro-active self starter Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Previous experience of managing and developing staff Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Excellent Excel skills
