Head office - London Job role Provide strategic counsel and partnering to the CEO and key leaders within the organisation, including; internal and external communications, operational support and interactions with the board of directors and stake holders both domestically and globally Help set strategic priorities and focus, including strategic planning Manage CEO's time strategically and effectively Enable the CEO the concentrate on scaling the business Establish and maintain cross departmental relationships to enable leadership success Take day to day responsibility for projects and tasks Project management Prepared to travel globally on a regular basis Analysis of data, bench-marking and recommendations Define and research new business opportunities Assist with running the annual budget cycle, run quarterly business reviews Create and manage monthly dashboards highlighting key metrics and any changes Person Specification Degree educated preferably with a business related degree Experience of working in a corporate environment Previous experience gained within a chief of staff role or similar would be an advantage, however consideration will be given to candidates that demonstrate the right skills, characteristics and experiences that are looking for their next move Well organised Financially astute with strong analytical skills Strong communication and relationship skills with a high level of emotional intelligence Strong project management skills Proven ability to deliver and focus on organisational strategic objectives Highly flexible and results orientated Package Excellent rewards package up to 6 figures, strong opportunity for further progression.
